Who am I?

My name is Poul Hermann, 46 years old, and I work daily in aviation as a pilot. Additionally, I teach flight theory at flight schools in Roskilde.

I originally educated myself in IT (computer science), and worked from 2006-2017 as a system specialist, system architect and international project manager (experience with IPMA, PRINCE2 and SCRUM). In 2014 I started training for a private pilot license (PPL), and in 2017 I decided to change careers and exchanged the desk for the cockpit. After training to become a commercial pilot until 2018, I began flying the ATR 72/42 aircraft type for the airline DAT in 2019. ATR is one of the world's most popular and widespread turboprop aircraft designed for regional aviation. Here I fly both Danish domestic and domestic routes in Norway, Germany, Finland as well as various chartered special flights throughout Europe.
